LE CLUB FRANCAIS
MISSION STATEMENT:
To improve knowledge about French by introducing the French culture, including music, literature, cinema, and cuisine; by discussing French concepts and histories through an English contemporary comparison; and - above all - by explaining the beauty of the French language by communicating and articulating our thoughts and feelings... in French!
PURPOSES & AIMS:
To encourage conversations, and thus forth the learning of the French language by means of utilizing the language while discussing culture, ideas, history, and current political standpoints of France and past French colonies, including Canada, the USA, Senegai, the West Indies, and other areas of interest.
